About This Position
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-tech clinical environment? Valleywise Health is hiring Endoscopy Technicians to join our collaborative Endoscopy team.
In this vital role, you'll support our physicians and nurses during diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures, helping to deliver safe, high-quality care with precision and empathy. You’ll be responsible for preparing and maintaining equipment, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and adhering to strict infection control standards. Whether you're setting up instruments or assisting during procedures, your attention to detail and patient-first attitude will make a difference every day.

Hourly Pay Range: $18.24 - $26.90
Qualifications
Education:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Prefer post high school training in the medical field.
Experience:
- Requires prior healthcare experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Previous experience assisting during ERCP, EUS/EBUS, Pulmonary, and basic GI procedures is preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
- A BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center is preferred and will be required within 3 months.
- ASGNA certification is preferred.
- Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or submit a completed Affidavit at the time of hire. Must complete fingerprint clearance card application within seven (7) days of hire date. Must present actual card within 90 days of applying for a fingerprint clearance card.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have the ability to work with culturally diverse people.
- Must utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to enhance and encourage collaborative staff and community relationships.
- Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Requires basic computer skills and the ability to multitask.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work well in a high-stress environment.
- Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
