Compensation: $135,000 – $175,000 base salary (USD)
Modality: On-site — West Valley, Utah
Schedule: Full-time with flexibility as business needs require. Overtime may be required during peak periods, including occasional weekends or holidays in the event of business-critical needs.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives impacting finance, accounting, and operational workflows
- Structuring comprehensive project plans, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication frameworks
- Translating business and financial requirements into scalable process, data, and system design solutions
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, system utilization, automation, and reporting workflows
- Partnering with Finance, Accounting, Technology, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Performing hands-on financial analysis, documentation, reconciliation, validation, and testing to support project execution
- Driving accountability across stakeholders, proactively removing blockers, and ensuring initiatives progress efficiently
- Supporting change management efforts and facilitating operational adoption of new systems and processes
- Evaluating financial and operational impacts of system or workflow changes to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance
What you have
- 8+ years of professional experience in financial operations, consulting, project execution, systems/process improvement, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong financial and accounting literacy, including understanding the impact of operational or system changes on financial reporting
- Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and drive initiatives through completion
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, financial modeling logic, data analysis, and reconciliation workflows
- Experience working with financial systems, operational platforms, or data and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Experience supporting financial systems implementations or migrations
- Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, or data teams
- Experience with workflow automation, process mapping, or operational design
- Background in consulting or finance transformation
- CPA designation or formal accounting background
Essential Functions
- Ability to analyze financial data, system outputs, and operational workflows with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods and effectively use keyboard, mouse, and dual-monitor setups
- Ability to communicate effectively via email, messaging platforms, phone, and in-person meetings
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain professionalism under time-sensitive conditions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with data security, financial controls, and company policies
- Ability to be physically present in the office during designated working hours
