About This Position

Position Title: FM Onsite Coordinator

Description

SUMMARY

Supports and understands FM/MPS specific solutions including providing the best quality service through exemplary onsite customer service and task execution. Exceed client expectations by fostering a “Whatever it Takes” attitude while at the same time producing and delivering the highest quality solution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect, sort and distribute mail received via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS and/or other carriers
  • Coordinate delivery or courier services to arrange delivery of letters and packages
  • Maintain and oversee onsite inventory and stock
  • Retrieve and execute work orders according to customer needs
  • Perform minor repairs, installations and routine equipment maintenance
  • Create and maintain administrative reports for the customer and ARC’s FM/MPS leadership team
  • Draft and distribute correspondence including resource availability and onsite events
  • Sustain effective and accurate communication within the clients site, and FM management for top customer service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with customer orders and/or equipment when appropriate, obtains assistance from technical expert when appropriate
  • With conscious and consistent effort, quickly and accurately complete each task and/or job to uphold the customer’s expectation of quality onsite service
  • Participate in on-going ARC and other training to update technical and soft skills and knowledge
  • Work additional and/or non-traditional hours per the client’s needs
  • Request, Manage, Set-Up, and Troubleshoot all Xerox Devices at Emmott Road
  • Prepare for Internal/External moves (cubicle/office assignments, name tags, phones, chairs etc.)
  • Collect data for monthly space availability report
  • Assist with collecting data for Space allocations
  • Relieve Receptionist for PTO and lunch hour
  • Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma
  • 1-3 years of related onsite administrative customer service
  • Professional, business-level written and oral communication skills including interpersonal skills that yield positive results
  • Proficient problem solving and conflict resolution skills that yield positive results
  • Proficient experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
