🚀 The Role: Sterilization Technician

As a Sterilization Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our equipment safety, ensuring medical gear is expertly cleaned, repaired, and ready for the patients who rely on it.

🔍 What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to obtain a Chauffeur's license and DOT Physical to operate a 16-foot box truck
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A dependable, "no experience needed" attitude—we will train you!

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Clean and disinfect medical equipment to the highest standards
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment to keep it in top shape
• Maintain a daily log of all equipment cleaned and repaired
• Keep your workspace, testing gear, and inventory organized and ready to go
• Complete weekly inventory cycle counts to keep us on track
• Step in for any additional duties assigned by management to support the team
