MINI of Universal is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Manager to support dealership leadership and elevate both team performance and the customer experience. This is an opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Motoring Advisors to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Drive new and pre-owned sales performance while maintaining strong gross
• Desk and structure deals to maximize profitability and efficiency
• Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor, leading by example
• Ensure a seamless and elevated customer experience from first contact through delivery
• Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive volume and performance
• Monitor KPIs including units, gross, and CSI, and hold the team accountable to results
• Support inventory management and merchandising

What We’re Looking For

• Proven automotive sales leadership experience
• Strong closer with desking and deal-structuring expertise
• A hands-on leader who is present, engaged, and performance-focused
• High level of professionalism and accountability
• Competitive, driven, and results-oriented
• Experience with pre-owned operations is a plus
