About This Position

An Office Administrator is responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and ensuring efficient workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the facility management team, including scheduling, documentation, and maintaining accurate records of facility activities.

Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors for services such as cleaning, security, and landscaping, ensuring quality service at cost-effective rates. Ensuring transport fleet runs smoothly and resolve queries /complaints. Coordinating with food vendor to provide quality and timely service.

Space Management: Oversee space allocation and layout planning, coordinating office moves and adjustments to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels. Bookkeeping: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices / bills and managing petty cash. Team Support: Assist in onboarding new employees and provide support to team as needed.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local, state, and central regulations related to building operations, safety, and environmental standards.

Experience -1-3 years

CTC : 360,000-500,000 (INR)

Skill Set :

Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and vendors.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to address issues as they arise and find effective solutions. Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is often preferred.
