Grill Cook at Hale St. Tavern – Beverly, Massachusetts

Hale St. Tavern is a North Shore favorite known for fresh seafood, sushi, craft cocktails, and a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. We take pride in what we put out—and in the people we bring onto our team.

We’re currently looking for a reliable, experienced Grill Cook who’s comfortable working in a busy service and values consistency, teamwork, and a positive kitchen environment.

This is not an entry-level role.

• Run the grill station with consistency and attention to detail
• Execute dishes to recipe and quality standards
• Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safe
• Assist with prep, setup, and proper stock rotation
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
• Help maintain a supportive, team-first culture
