Life Insurance Advisor – Training Provided (No Experience Required)
Envision Care Insurance Group is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Health Services Advisors. This is a commission-based opportunity where you’ll help individuals understand their health and life insurance options while building a flexible, performance-driven career with strong income potential.
In this role, you’ll speak with individuals who have requested information, provide clear and compliant education on available coverage options, and guide clients through the enrollment process once licensed. You’ll be supported with structured training and proven systems designed to help you build confidence and gain traction quickly.
No insurance license or prior experience is required to apply. We provide licensing guidance, training resources, and ongoing mentorship to help you get started and succeed.

Compensation:$97,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their health insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
- Educate clients on various health and life insurance options, ensuring clarity and compliance.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process, offering support and expertise at every step.
- Collaborate with team members to refine strategies and improve client satisfaction.
- Participate in structured training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Utilize proven systems to build confidence and achieve your performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they understand their health insurance options.
- Experience in building rapport and trust with clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Ability to adapt to new information and systems quickly, enhancing service delivery.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

- Willingness to participate in structured training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
