  • Drive operational excellence by assessing new M365 features, system performance, and overall platform health

Requirements:

  • 6–8+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365/Exchange Online in enterprise environments, with proven GCC High expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, including identity synchronization, application registration, and security/compliance configurations
  • Expert-level PowerShell skills and experience with Graph API for automation and lifecycle management
  • Experience leading or executing at least one major tenant-to-tenant migration
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, or DFARS 7012
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (Secret or higher) if required
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300), CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or CASP+

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) matching and retirement savings programs
  • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
  • Parental/adoption leave and legal insurance support
