Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Associate Administrator will assist the HealthCare Center Administrator for the overall management of our 216-bed Healthcare Center. The Associate Administrator develops, plans, directs and monitors all operational, administrative, clinical and fiscal activities for the facilities and programs.

Knowledge and Skills
• Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of long-term care facility operations and administrative management to include fiscal and budget management and working knowledge of Assisted Living regulations.
• Ability to make independent decisions; communicate effectively; make presentations; operate computers to include proficiency with Microsoft Office software. • Requires excellent interpersonal planning, management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as ability to work on multiple projects or issues simultaneously.
• Must have an ethical, customer-friendly approach to doing business, and always represent Lucy Corr in a positive and productive manner in all situations. Minimum Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree and an active Administrator’s License required. Master’s degree with a health related or business concentration preferred, as well as licensure.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in upper-level management position and experience interacting with employees at all levels; Minimum of two years’ experience in Assisted Living or other Long-term care administration.
