Job Purpose

The Customer Service Representative at the Toronto Terminal (Union Station) serves as a key brand ambassador for Megabus, operating within a high-traffic, fast-paced transportation hub.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, facilitating ticket sales and reservations, and supporting on-site operations including passenger flow, luggage handling, and coordination with drivers and dispatch.

Given the dynamic nature of Union Station, this position requires strong situational awareness, adaptability, and the ability to manage high passenger volumes while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Customer Service Rep Responsibilities
  • Sell tickets and process reservations using computerized systems
  • Provide accurate departure, arrival, and gate information to passengers
  • Assist with passenger flow, boarding, and general terminal coordination
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, solutions-focused manner
  • Check, tag, and accept passenger luggage and freight
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage as required
  • Support passengers with accessibility needs
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and operations teams regarding schedules and trip readiness
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Customer Service Rep Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional approach
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Cash handling experience with strong attention to accuracy
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable working in a busy, public-facing environment
  • Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays required)
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
