Title Clerk at Edwards Auto Group – Council Bluffs, Iowa

Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for a Title Clerk to join our Administrative Operations Group. This individual will be responsible for processing vehicle purchase paperwork in an efficient and timely manner. The title clerk will be part of a team that will work together to get Car Deals into our systems. This is a position that requires attention to detail, and an ability to work quickly within a team.

Responsibilities

• Process all paperwork to submit to DMV
• Review and complete state title work
• Sign all titles into the dealership name
• Obtain dealer titles on all out of state titles
• Call on status of receiving titles on loan payoffs
• Reconciling the titling payable account on a weekly basis
• Reconciling the needed items list on a weekly basis
• Perform Title audit once per month
• Scanning documents, data entry
• Assist with AP & AR as needed

• Must have good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good attitude and positive communication with co-workers
• Previous Title work is required
