Lindenhurst - RN or LPN Needed for Pediatric Patient Home Care at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Deer Park, New York

Patient Details: We are looking for a warm, attentive, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide individualized home care for a bright and energetic 2-year-old girl with Down Syndrome and congenital heart disease. She is verbal, mobile, and social, and thrives with compassionate care and gentle support. She is G-tube dependent for nutrition but enjoys age-appropriate activities and interaction.

Shifts Avail: • DAYS: Saturday, and Sunday 8am – 4pm

Payrates: $32 - $42/hour

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
