A Day in the Life:
As a Leasing Consultant, you are the "face" of Olde Towne Village. You aren't just showing rooms; youre selling a lifestyle.
  • The Matchmaker: Greet prospective residents and guide them on tours, helping them envision their life in our community.
  • The Closer: Handle the leasing process from "Hello" to "Welcome Home," including all digital lease paperwork.
  • The Hub: Use YARDI to keep resident files organized and assist the Property Manager in keeping our residents happy and engaged.
  • The Pro: Maintain a professional, welcoming vibe in the office and over the phone.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Experience: At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating software (YARDI experience is a huge plus!).
  • Communication: Youre a "people person" who writes and speaks clearly.
  • Bilingual Skills: If you speak Spanish and English, wed love to talk to you!
  • Drive: Youre an organized self-starter who shows up with a positive attitude every day.
