Summary
This is a pivotal leadership role supporting the development and operation of three world-class golf resorts: Rodeo Dunes, Wild Spring Dunes, and Old Shores. Under Michael Keisers leadership we are opening at least 3 new golf courses in the next 2 years designed Tom Doak and Bill Coore + Ben Crenshaw, with a vision to createresorts among the best in the world. We are building a team to support our growth.
The Vice President of Revenue Management and Technology is critical role supporting the development of Rodeo Dunes, Wild Spring Dunes, and Old Shores. Working closely with the leadership team at the resorts and our vendor partners, this role will develop, install, and oversee the systems we use to manage our guest experiences and optimize revenue. This leader drives revenue optimization by defining strategy, implementing advanced technology solutions, and analyzing data.
Successful candidates must show demonstrated experience in operational leadership within the golf & hospitality space. This is a role for a strong service orientated operator and visionary who will focus on delivering the highest quality of service while collaborating with and training / developing technology-focused team members across our organizations. They will have experience with analytics/data, project management and system implementations across a spectrum of hospitality and golf platforms, including (but not limited to) Agilysys Golf, Visual One, InfoGenesis, Noteefy, Freedom Pay, and Medallia.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a centralized reservation and loyalty system for Rodeo Dunes, Wild Spring Dunes, and Old Shores
- Strategic Revenue Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies, supporting the establishment of revenue targets.
- Technology & Data Implementation: Identify, implement, and maintain advanced Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loyalty, and other technology used in resort operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with budgetary goals, and customer experience.
- Develop, implement, and take ownership of the annual operating budget for the organizational technology needs.
- Develop business cases supporting Return on Investment (ROI) for any proposed technology infrastructure investment
- 8+ years of progressive experience in hospitality, revenue management, and technology leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of RMS, PMS, and revenue management technology tools. Experience with including (but not limited to) Agilysys suite of products including Versa, Agilysys Golf, InfoGenesis, Freedom Pay plus other platforms such as Medallia, Noteefy, Yellow Dog, and PowerBI.
- Strong capability in financial analysis, forecasting, and data-driven strategy development.
- Proven ability to collaborate with, train, and develop teams to achieve high performance.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field required
- Demonstrated experience and capability with budget development, fiscal management, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.
- Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.
