CNC Industries, a Kadon Company, is growing and looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our nightshift precision manufacturing team.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently set up and run equipment, take ownership of their work, and help us deliver high-quality parts to our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC mills and manual machines
  • Perform fixture changes, tool changes, and offsets
  • Adjust feeds, speeds, and machine parameters to optimize quality and efficiency
  • Run production parts to print and maintain tight tolerances
  • Read and interpret blueprints and job travelers
  • Apply basic GD&T and inspection standards
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, height gages, bore gages, and other measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot basic machining or tooling issues
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Follow AS9100 quality standards and company procedures
  • Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
  • Work closely with programming, quality, and production teams to keep jobs moving

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of CNC machining experience
  • Experience with machine setup and fixture indicating
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
  • Basic knowledge of G & M codes
  • Understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-minded
  • Technical certification or trade school training is a plus
