2026 Summer Internships/Co-ops at Mastermold LLC – JOHNSON CREEK, Wisconsin

MasterMold, LLC is an expanding, multi-site, manufacturing organization, headquartered in Johnson Creek, WI. MasterMold’s primary focus is compression molding and liquid paint operations.

MasterMold, LLC is currently looking to add Engineering Interns to our growing team, in our Mauston Facility and Johnson Creek facilities. These positions would be responsible for working in our paint shops and helping oversee the robotic operations and engineering processes. These positions will work closely with our current Engineering team and the Vice President of Manufacturing.

MasterMold utilizes state of the art FANUC robot systems. Along with being a leader in our industry, MasterMold prides itself on being the cutting edge of automation development.

Examples of Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Calibrating the automated systems, and system components to maximize efficiency of production

• Create embedded software design programs.

• Create and manage backups of robot programs/parameters

• Design, develop, or implement control circuits or algorithms for electromechanical or pneumatic devices or systems

• Apply mechatronic or automated solutions to the transfer of materials, components, or finished goods.

• Create mechanical design documents for parts, assemblies, or finished products.

• Provide technical support for robotic systems.

• Further develop electronic, mechanical, or computerized processes to perform automated paint tasks

These are full-time positions, Monday-Friday 8 hour days or Monday-Friday 10 hour days.
