  • Develop product intents, roadmaps, and investment strategies aligned with enterprise goals for growth, affordability, equity, and quality outcomes.
  • Lead innovation in benefit design, cost structures, and clinically informed plan models tailored to specific populations and emerging healthcare needs.
  • Oversee financial and performance tracking, ensuring products meet targets and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Partner across actuarial, clinical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, scalable, and effectively executed product development and filings.
  • Build and lead cross-functional execution efforts across product development, launch readiness, and post-launch performance optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, healthcare, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance product development and management.
  • 8+ years of leadership experience managing teams, including managers or senior individual contributors.
  • Strong experience building and evaluating business cases, including forecasting, ROI analysis, and long-term financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of insurance product design, healthcare markets, and regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills with the ability to translate insights into executive-level recommendations.
  • Experience with multicultural, underserved, or affordability-focused healthcare products is highly valuable.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging from $162,453 to $236,911 depending on location and experience.
  • Annual performance bonus eligibility.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions.
  • Unlimited vacation program, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
  • Paid parental leave and additional family support benefits.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • Wellness reimbursements and access to employee support programs.
  • Remote-first work flexibility within eligible U.S. states.
