This role sits at the intersection of supply chain execution and strategic customer partnership within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. You will act as the primary supply chain liaison for major club retailers, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, strong inventory availability, and high service levels across multiple brands. The position plays a critical role in aligning internal operations with external customer expectations, driving efficiency, and improving on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance. You will collaborate closely with sales, operations, finance, and demand planning teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain excellence. This is a highly visible role where your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational performance, and brand success. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations for key club retail customers. You will:

• Serve as the primary supply chain contact for club retailers, managing day-to-day communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to prevent out-of-stocks and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Track and report key supply chain KPIs such as OTIF performance, compliance, and chargebacks.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with sales, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain execution with business goals.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings strong supply chain expertise and experience working with large retail or club customers. You should have:

• 4–8 years of experience in CPG supply chain, replenishment, or customer operations roles.
• Direct experience supporting club channel customers (Costco, Sam’s Club, or similar preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting supply, inventory, and shipment data.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs such as OTIF, service levels, and compliance metrics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external customer stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex supply chain topics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
