Nature of Duties:
Operates a multi-line switchboard, directing calls and scheduling patient appointments according to clinic guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience with a multi-line switchboard preferred
• Strong communication skills

Specific Duties:

• Answer 100-150 incoming calls daily.
• Accurately schedule appointments and route messages to the correct team.
• Ensure proper documentation in the medical record.
• Meet performance goals (e.g., 85% calls answered in under 30 seconds, less than 10% abandonment rate).
• Perform other related duties as needed to support clinic operations.

Compensation: Pay starting at $17.87.
