This is a senior enterprise leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for next-generation AI agent systems across a global organization. The position combines deep technical architecture ownership with hands-on engineering leadership, shaping how AI transforms internal workflows and business operations at scale. You will lead the design of secure, scalable, and governed AI platforms while building high-performing distributed teams. The role requires strong executive presence, as you will partner with senior leaders across engineering, product, security, and business functions. A key focus is driving measurable impact through AI agents that improve productivity, automation, and decision-making. You will also help establish enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and innovation practices for responsible AI adoption. This is a highly strategic and visible role operating at the forefront of applied AI and enterprise transformation.
- Define and lead the enterprise AI agent strategy, including long-term roadmap, success metrics, and prioritized use cases that drive measurable business value across the organization.
- Architect and govern end-to-end AI systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant platforms aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards.
- Build and lead a global AI engineering organization, establishing operating models, development standards, and best practices for designing, deploying, and maintaining AI agents.
- Drive hands-on technical leadership by contributing to architecture decisions, reviewing designs, and ensuring engineering excellence across AI solutions.
- Develop and optimize AI agent performance through evaluation frameworks, KPIs, monitoring systems, and continuous improvement loops based on usage and ROI.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with security, data, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure safe integration of AI into enterprise systems.
- Establish AI governance, compliance, and risk frameworks while contributing to enterprise-wide AI Center of Excellence initiatives and enablement programs.
- 15+ years of experience in AI, data science, or machine learning, with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing global engineering or AI teams.
- Strong expertise in AI agent systems, including low-code and high-code environments, LLM-based architectures, and enterprise-scale automation solutions.
- Proven ability to design and govern AI and data architectures, including cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
- Deep technical proficiency in Python, modern AI/ML frameworks, and experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Vertex, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data platforms such as Snowflake, with experience in scalable AI workloads.
- Experience defining evaluation metrics, ROI frameworks, and performance monitoring systems for AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive-level decisions.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD for AI systems, and enterprise-grade governance, security, and compliance practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; MBA is a plus.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $210,000 to $300,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonuses and equity grants
