Senior Workday Manager (Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Workday Project Manager - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in overseeing and guiding the successful execution of multiple Workday project implementations. Collaborating with client project teams, you will ensure deliverables such as project charters and governance structures are met. Your expertise will help navigate the complexities of each project while adhering to budgets and timelines. This role invites you to leverage your project management skills in a remote environment that encourages engagement and professional growth.
Accountabilities
  • Manage and ensure successful delivery of 2+ Workday projects simultaneously.
  • Authorize and oversee project charters and governance structures.
  • Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to meet milestone deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve project issues affecting scope and timelines.
  • Deliver presentations to executive and project teams.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers.
  • Champion best practices and ensure compliance with project methodologies.
  • Foster client satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Develop business proposals and scopes of work when needed.
Requirements
  • Current Workday Partner certification required.
  • 3+ years of project management experience with Workday implementations.
  • Experience with consulting, either internally or externally.
  • Proficient with Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft systems.
  • Knowledgeable in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial business areas.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in business development and service sales preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for project needs.
