About the Role:
The Learning Operations Specialist provides essential operational, compliance, and administrative support to the Organizational Effectiveness function. This role ensures learning programs are delivered accurately, on time, and with a high level of organization and professionalism.
Working closely with the Senior Organizational Development Specialist, you will serve as the backbone of learning execution—managing logistics, learning systems, communications, and follow-through. You will also support the delivery of Red Stripe (New Crewmember Orientation) and occasional learning sessions, helping ensure a consistent and engaging experience across the organization.
This role is based in Dallas, TX and requires on‑site work 4 days per week. Candidates must be local to the DFW area to be considered, as relocation assistance is not available.
A Day in the Life:
Your day will be highly organized and detail-driven, focused on coordinating learning programs, supporting compliance, and ensuring a seamless experience for Crewmembers. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Organizational Development
  • Coordinate logistics for learning programs including scheduling, calendars, participant tracking, and meeting setup
  • Serve as a point of contact for learner questions related to scheduling, access, and completion
  • Conduct proactive follow-up with Crewmembers and leaders to ensure timely completion of required training
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation to support audits and reporting needs
  • Administer Workday Learning including course assignments, learner groups, and session management
  • Produce standard reports and dashboards related to learning completion and compliance
  • Draft and distribute learning communications including invitations, reminders, confirmations, and status updates
  • Support the delivery of Red Stripe orientation, including occasional facilitation or co-facilitation
  • Prepare materials, coordinate presenters, and manage logistics for workshops and training sessions
  • Step in as a presenter when needed using established content and materials
  • Provide support to Internal Communications and Engagement initiatives as needed

  • Required Education & Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in learning coordination, HR operations, training administration, or compliance support
  • Experience supporting required or compliance-based training programs
  • Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (Workday Learning preferred)

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with adult learning environments
  • Skills, Licenses, & Certifications:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with learning data, reporting, and tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Customer-service mindset with strong follow-through
  • Confidence presenting to groups using established materials

  • Pay & Perks:
    Compensation is $58,000 - $68,000 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
