The Food & Beverage Administrator plays a key role in supporting restaurant and event operations by owning the administrative work that allows leaders to stay focused on the floor, their teams, and our members. This role is responsible for the organization, systems, and processes that keep the department running smoothly and consistently.

What This Role Owns
Administrative Coordination
- Serve as the central hub for Food & Beverage administration across all outlets
- Drive communication, documentation, and key initiatives forward with strong organization and follow-through
- Partners with the Director of Food and Beverage and across departments (Accounting, Communications, People & Culture) to ensure alignment and execution
Beverage Inventory, Ordering & Vendor Management
- Coordinate ordering and requisition of beverages, supplies, and operating materials
- Maintain organized storage, accurate inventory systems, and consistent counts and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships, including pricing, product quality, and consistency
Financial & Reporting Support
- Process invoices and support expense tracking and approvals
- Prepare and maintain reporting for labor, inventory, and cost of goods
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy and consistency across all financial processes
Payroll & Compliance
- Partner with department managers to review timecards and support payroll accuracy
- Maintain compliance tracking, certifications, and team member records
Systems & Process Improvement
- Support department managers in building, organizing, and maintaining standard operating procedures
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across menus, POS systems, and operational tools
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline operations
Restaurant Support
- Coordinate behind-the-scenes details that directly impact the member experience
- Maintain and update menu items and button configuration within the POS system
- Develop and distribute reporting to support menu changes, staffing plans, and operational decision-making
Catering & Event Support
- Participate in weekly sheet meetings and distribute clear, timely daily event updates
- Coordinate linen orders, inventory, and accurate invoices
- Manage event billing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
- Create and maintain buffet cards and other supporting event materials

- Inventory, payroll, and reporting are consistent and reliable

You’re a Good Fit If You
Experience
- Bring 3+ years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or administrative operations
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in systems, reporting, and organization tools
- Have experience with POS systems, payroll platforms, or inventory systems (a plus)

Schedule
- Primarily Monday-Friday
- Flexibility to support operations based on business needs
Salary, Benefits, and Perks
- Competitive salary of $60,000–$65,000
