We’re looking for a compassionate, relationship-driven leader who thrives on building connections, strengthening community involvement, and guiding a team dedicated to exceptional care.
What You’ll Do:
Community Outreach & Growth

• Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and referral partners
• Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities
• Develop strategies to grow referrals and increase community awareness

Operations & Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of the personal care agency
• Recruit, train, and support caregivers and office staff
• Collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards
• Support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or home care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of local healthcare networks (preferred)
• Passion for serving seniors and families
