Replacement Technician at Anderson Air – Springdale, Arkansas

Responsibilities:

• Perform all residential and commercial HVAC installations
• Responsible for loading all materials and job specific tools to complete installations
• Provide customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns during installation if needed.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including job reports and system documentation.
• Lead and train apprentices on the job.
• Adhere to company and regulatory safety standards, including OSHA guidelines.
• Work effectively with team members, including apprentices, dispatcher, and other installers, to complete jobs efficiently.
• Represent the company with professionalism during all customer interactions.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance adhering to the company dress code.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
• 2+ years' HVAC field experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• HVAC Technical School (Preferred)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials weighing up to 75 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights as required.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
