Job Summary- Ensure that the all aspects of Crosswinds Front of House and Banquet departments are operating under the policies and procedures that have been established by the HR Department and the General Manager.
Job Accountabilities
Opening and closing of the restaurant and events.Weekend availability is required.Oversee the management of the FOH and Banquets when FOH Manager is not present.Keeping all areas of Grille 19 and the banquet room clean and orderly.Manage all daily operations of the bar (re-stocking, etc).Responsible for execution of Banquet setup and breakdown.In charge of regular cleaning of bar, foyer, banquet room, bathroom, windows including sweeping, mopping, re-stocking, etc.Any other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or General Manager.Maintains open communication with Director of Sales and General Manager.Represents Company in a professional manner at all times.Performs other duties as assigned or requested.Assist BOH of house if necessary.The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.Must work within the guidelines of the Gallea Golf Properties, LLC employee handbook.Job Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School GraduateMinimum Bartending and events Experience: 1 YearPreferred Bartending and events Experience: 1 YearPreferred Field-of-Expertise: Bartending/Event Service/Server Experience

Job Type: Part-Time
Compensation : $10.00 hourly rate base pay plus tips and event grat. Average Hourly Rate is $10-30 per hour.
