About the role
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key member of the company, supporting the achievement of ambitious business goals and building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Active acquisition of new customers and building a network of contacts in the fire protection sector
- Maintaining and developing existing business relationships
- Development of strategic partnerships and search for new business opportunities
- Analysis of requests for proposals, tender and design documentation
- Conducting trade negotiations and developing offers tailored to the needs of customers
- Close cooperation with the implementation and technical department in order to provide comprehensive customer service
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in proactive technical sales preferably from the HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, mechanical, hydraulic systems or fire protection field
- Practical knowledge in the preparation of cost estimates and technical offers
- At least secondary technical education (vocational school)
- Ability to read technical drawings in AutoCAD, strong MS Office skills
- A proactive approach to achieving goals and excellent organizational skills
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act independently and effectively manage tasks
- Willingness to travel country-wide
- Communicative knowledge of English (at least B1 level), highly fluent Polish skills
- Category B driving license
Not necessary, but it would be a benefit if you have:
- University degree in a related Engineering field
- Fluent English language knowledge
- Knowledge/experience from the firefighting industry
