Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of products in and out of our facility, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining precise inventory records. The ideal candidate has experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control, with a strong focus on accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
• Verify quantities and contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Package equipment for shipment, confirming accuracy against packing slip.
• Verify that all items are packed securely and correctly for safe delivery.
• Prepare all necessary paperwork for outgoing shipments, including shipping labels, BOL, and customs forms.
• Maintain accurate logs of material movement.
• Conduct regular cycle counts.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow all safety regulations and procedures.
• Hold a valid drivers license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting at least 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for 70% of the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience using shipping platforms such as UPS World Ship and FEDEX online.
• Knowledge of completing customs documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Location: This position is located onsite in Hatfield, PA.

Base Compensation: $18.50 - $21.75 is the projected hourly pay for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
