- Design, implement, and manage training and development programs to enhance skills of team members and vendors.
- Maintain and update department SOPs and resources for accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with leaders and experts to identify training needs and create tailored training plans.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, implementing improvements as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from scope definition to post-project review.
- Lead strategies for communication and engagement across various channels.
- Create and manage engaging content for newsletters, websites, and presentations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication plans and activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continually improve programs and services.
- Provide Revenue Management support as needed.
- 57 years of Revenue Management experience.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Management principles and metrics.
- Knowledge of property management systems and industry-standard tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- BS/BA degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Revenue Management certification preferred.
