About This Role

As a Solar Site Surveyor, you are the first operational representative a homeowner meets. Your professionalism, preparation, and attention to detail directly impact customer trust, project success, and SpartanX’s reputation. This role offers clear expectations, structured training, and the ability to increase earnings through performance.

Territory: Georgia- primary coverage in/around Atlanta (2x) & Columbus area(s) and surrounding counties

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential solar site surveys to SpartanX standards
• Represent SpartanX professionally and communicate clearly with homeowners
• Collect accurate, thorough, and defensible site data, including roof, structural, electrical, trenching, and existing equipment details
• Document findings with complete photos and notes
• Manage your schedule and communicate proactively with operations
• Follow all safety requirements and use required equipment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and accountability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and comfort with documentation
• Professional, respectful customer communication
• Willingness to follow process and trust downstream review teams
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Construction, solar, roofing, or electrical experience is a plus but not required — training is provided.

Pay, Incentives & Growth

• $13.75/hr +$55 per completed site survey
• Vehicle Compensation (Choose One):
• • $400 monthly car stipend + $0.22 per mile, or
  • Use your own vehicle + $0.72 per mile
