Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care Night Shift (Part-time) at Sidney Regional Medical Center – Sidney, Nebraska

Sidney Regional Medical Center is searching for a part-time night shift Licensed Practical Nurse to add to our Long-Term Care team at Pole Creek Estates! This position is in a fast-paced environment, tending to the grandparents of our community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents in Long Term Care under the direction of an R.N. and the attending Physician.
• Follow and adhere to the scope of practice for an L.P.N and SRMC Policy and Procedures.
• Provide noted observation and planning for individualized resident care.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in residents’ clinical condition.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Deliver resident care skillfully and safely in accordance with facility and department procedures and Federal, State, and local regulations.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited L.P.N School of Nursing.
• Required Licensure/Certification: Licensure by the State of Nebraska as a Licensed Practical Nurse is required. Must be Basic Life Support (BLS) certified.
• Alzheimer's/Memory Care experience and passion preferred.
