The core responsibilities of this role includes: Utilizing power tools to repair pallets on site.
Position: Repair Operator
Shift: Sunday to Thursday 11PM to 7AM
Pay: $23.50 per hour – With a repair premium of $0.50 as well as a shift premium of $1.75.
After completing 8 weeks of their probationary period Repair operators will be eligible to qualify for our incentive program. Our incentive program will qualify Repair Operators for up to $4.00 more an hour for every hour worked which will be paid out at the end of a four-week period.
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
- 6 months minimum of power tool experience
- Able to lift up to 60lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attendance record

Role Purpose:
Performs tasks that require physical abilities and effort involving minimal specialized skill or prior work experience. Responsible for the accurate storing, shipping, and receiving of product to meet company standards or safety, security, and productivity.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manually load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner.
- Provide physical labor to move product to storage areas with proper material handling equipment and efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate area.
- Assemble various types of merchandise to be shipped. Sort, recoup, pack, mark, and label materials. Check or count freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
- Perform duties needed for assembling displays and other specialty value-added services per the customers' requirements.
- Participate in physical inventories.
- Performs general grounds/building maintenance.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- 0 to 12 months experience in a warehouse setting, preferred
