  • Administer comp plan changes, SPIFs, and territory adjustments in partnership with Sales Leadership & Finance.
  • Perform QA on comp data to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as the primary RevOps point of contact for the Americas region, supporting Sales, CS, and Marketing leadership with insights, process expertise, and operational recommendations.
  • Influence GTM planning by providing data-driven input into territory design, capacity modeling, funnel performance, and coverage strategy.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on RevOps best practices, systems optimization, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Mentor junior team members and elevate the operational rigor of the broader RevOps organization.

Policy, Governance & Process Excellence

  • Drive policy development, including deal desk guidelines, data governance principles, approval frameworks, and operational guardrails.
  • Lead or contribute to system and tooling projects, including new integrations, workflow automation, or enhancements to HubSpot and supporting GTM platforms.
