This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the companys presence across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon. You will manage listings, catalog integrity, storefronts, and creative assets while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement strategies that improve performance and customer experience. Success in this role involves balancing day-to-day marketplace operations with strategic initiatives to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on position with significant impact on the companys online retail footprint in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
Accountabilities:- Create, edit, and optimize product listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ content modules.
- Manage and continuously improve marketplace storefronts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall marketplace performance.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operations teams to support asset development and implementation.
- Monitor and resolve catalog issues via Seller Support, Brand Registry, or other marketplace channels.
- Oversee brand protection, including trademark enforcement, unauthorized reseller monitoring, and competitive listings.
- Produce regular performance reports on KPIs such as catalog health, storefront metrics, and marketplace trends.
- Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in all product data, listings, and creative assets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Familiarity with additional marketplaces such as Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort with data analysis.
- Experience creating Amazon A+ Content and managing Brand Storefronts.
- Knowledge of marketplace SEO, keyword research, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Strong written communication skills for consumer-facing copy.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple concurrent projects, and work cross-functionally.
- Experience with third-party tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Brand Registry services is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in content, data, and asset management.

- Base salary range: $125,000$135,000 USD.
