Responsibilities
Complete Building Services (CBS) is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for facility in Washington, DC. Hours/shift Monday-Friday between 6:00 am amd 6:00 pm so must be flexible with hours. Salary $25.00 per hour. Ocassional OT. Requires commercial/residential building experience.
The typical day will go something like this:
- Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
- Conduct daily building/equipment tours
- Diagnose and repair simple HVAC, plumbing and electrical problems
- Provide assistance and support to subcontractors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must possess CFC Universal
- Basic coursework in electrical and HVAC systems
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift sixty (60) pounds
- Five (5) years experience
- Must be able to pass background check
