Columbia Pediatric Dentistry is a warm, modern pediatric practice focused on delivering an exceptional experience for both children and their families. We are looking for a friendly, polished, and outgoing Pediatric Dental Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our practice and help create a calm, positive environment for every child who walks through our doors.

This role is perfect for someone who naturally connects with kids, enjoys building relationships with families, and takes pride in creating a smooth, organized, and welcoming front office experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and parents with a warm, upbeat presence that makes children feel comfortable and excited to visit

• Coordinate appointments and manage the daily schedule to ensure a smooth flow of the office

• Answer phones and assist families with scheduling and general questions

• Manage patient check-in and check-out with professionalism and efficiency

• Assist with insurance verification and front office administrative tasks

• Help maintain a welcoming, organized front office environment that reflects the quality of our practice

What We’re Looking For

• A naturally friendly, outgoing personality who genuinely enjoys working with children

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy practice

• Dental or medical front desk experience is a plus, but a great attitude and strong people skills matter most
