POSITION SUMMARY
This is a full-time seasonal position and includes Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
This position is responsible for the landscape maintenance of the property. Tasks may include a variety of the following: mowing, trimming, planting, watering, operation of water truck, fertilizing, digging, raking, parts running, painting, trash pick-up, general housekeeping and all other tasks assigned.

Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Have a valid CDL or able to obtain one
- Physically able to perform the job functions
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
