Job Summary

• RWJBH is seeking a Director for APP Administration to oversee Oncology APP operations,

Essential Functions

• The director is responsible for management and oversight of Oncology APPs
• Duties include but not limited to scheduling, payroll, evaluations, recruitment and education of staff
• Focus on development of clinical practice using principles that enhance quality and safety in the oncology service line

Education

• Graduate from NP program with certification in adult gerontology or FNP
• Physician Assistants need to have graduated from accredited PA program

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of clinical oncology experience
• Prefer 2 to 4 years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build and maintain clinical teams

Licenses and Certifications

• Current NJ APN/PA license required
• NCCPA certification required
• CDS required
• DEA required
• RN required
• BLS required
