Youll work on signature projects such as bridges, retaining walls, slipform and fixed-form parapets, and complex site concrete. • Finish concrete surfaces to specific textures using both hand and power tools

• Set, align, and secure forms; assist with pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete

• Smooth, edge, groove, and joint freshly placed concrete to required finish

• Apply curing compounds or sealers as needed

• Assist or lead formwork setup and concrete placement

• Maintain all tools and equipment in clean, functional condition

• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and promote safe work environments

• Work efficiently with your team to meet production and quality goals

• 2+ years of experience in concrete finishing preferred

• Skilled with trowels, floats, screeds, and other finishing tools

• Strong understanding of concrete mix behavior and optimal timing for finishing

• Pride in craftsmanship and keen attention to detail

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor in all weather

• Reliable transportation and a strong, team-focused work ethic

• No formal education, licenses, or certifications required
