This role provides an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth by engaging enterprise customers with cutting-edge AI and data solutions. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding complex business and technical requirements, and positioning solutions that deliver measurable business impact. You will navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, translate technical insights into clear business value, and execute high-velocity go-to-market strategies. This position blends autonomy with collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape the pipeline and accelerate revenue. Success requires a mix of analytical thinking, persuasive communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Travel is limited but may be required for key client engagements, and this is an environment that rewards creativity, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
Accountabilities:
  • Drive new revenue by prospecting, securing meetings, and closing deals with key enterprise decision-makers.
  • Build awareness of the companys AI and data solutions within target accounts, identifying high-value opportunities for engagement and expansion.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, understanding procurement processes, budgets, and organizational dynamics.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear business value, articulating how solutions address enterprise challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies and ensure alignment on messaging, outreach, and pipeline development.
  • Consistently achieve individual activity, pipeline, and revenue targets while operating with autonomy, ownership, and focus.
  • Contribute to team knowledge, sharing best practices, and supporting overall organizational success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, or related technical domains.
  • Proven track record selling to developers, data scientists, and C-level executives, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and demonstrate ROI for enterprise clients.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments and comfort navigating unstructured, high-growth settings.
  • Technical acumen, including familiarity with Machine Learning, AI concepts, cloud, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusted relationships across technical and business stakeholders.
