We are seeking a confident, solution-driven Customer Experience Representative who will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and preserving long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls related to service concerns, cancellations, and retention efforts
- Proactively contact customers who may be at risk of canceling service
- Identify root causes of dissatisfaction and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Communicate service value clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Offer appropriate retention solutions, service adjustments, or incentives when needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation within CRM systems
- Track performance metrics and contribute to retention goals
- Follow up to ensure resolution and restored customer confidence
- Uphold company standards in every interaction
