Automotive Sales Manager

Faricy is seeking a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager to contribute to our new and used vehicle operations with accountability, structure, and a relentless focus on results. If you’re passionate about profitability, professionalism, and customer loyalty, we want to talk to you!

Commission $100,000 to $130,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strong front- and back-end gross, PVR, and market share performance
• Desk and structure deals to maximize F&I opportunity and ensure full compliance
• Manage inventory, pricing, and dealer trade strategy
• Oversee CRM follow-up and sales process to improve closing ratios
• Ensure consistent customer engagement and manager involvement
• Maintain strict adherence to federal and state regulations
• Coach, train, and hold the sales team accountable to high standards

Qualifications

• Proven Automotive Sales Manager experience (new and used preferred)
• Strong desking, deal structuring, and inventory management skills
• Experience with DMS, CRM, F&I and inventory management systems
• Results-driven leader with high integrity and strong communication skills
