This role is a senior leadership opportunity within a high-impact product engineering organization focused on building and scaling core CRM experiences used by a large global customer base. You will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for high-traffic, customer-facing product surfaces, shaping both the technical architecture and the long-term product vision. The position blends deep engineering leadership with strong product intuition, requiring close collaboration with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will play a key role in advancing AI-driven product experiences, including the development of intelligent features and agent-based capabilities. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and centered on innovation, experimentation, and operational excellence. This role offers significant influence over platform strategy, engineering culture, and the evolution of modern SaaS product experiences at scale.
- Lead, scale, and mentor multiple engineering teams, including engineering managers, senior engineers, and technical leads.
- Drive the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance CRM product experiences across core customer-facing surfaces.
- Partner closely with Product and Design leaders to define roadmap priorities and translate them into executable engineering plans.
- Own technical strategy across full-stack systems, ensuring alignment between frontend and backend architectures.
- Lead the development of AI-powered features, including intelligent agents and data-driven product experiences.
- Foster a high-performance engineering culture focused on accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, contributing to architecture decisions and guiding complex technical discussions.
- Align teams across broader platform initiatives, ensuring consistency, scalability, and cross-functional impact.
- Support performance management, career development, and coaching across engineering teams.
- Proven experience leading and scaling engineering organizations of 15+ engineers, including managers and senior ICs.
- Strong background in product engineering within SaaS environments, from early-stage development to large-scale production systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead full-stack architecture discussions spanning frontend and backend systems.
- Hands-on technical credibility with experience influencing engineering design decisions and mentoring technical teams.
- Strong leadership skills with experience setting goals, managing performance, and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Experience working with AI/GenAI technologies or integrating them into product features or development workflows.
- Background in building scalable, customer-facing platforms is highly desirable.
- Competitive annual cash compensation ranging from $259,128 to $414,652 USD depending on experience and location
