Accountabilities:
  • Develop and expand strategic relationships within the partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth, innovation, and market expansion
  • Architect and align multi-vendor solutions, ensuring seamless integration across systems and technologies
  • Collaborate with internal partner leaders to support and execute partnership growth strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives, sales teams, and client stakeholders
  • Lead partner enablement initiatives, including training on products, services, and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive partner sales performance by supporting pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal progression
  • Engage directly with clients to identify use cases, quantify business value, and support solution adoption

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, or alliance management roles
  • At least 5 years of experience working with global system integrators and partner ecosystems
  • Strong expertise in managing complex, multi-component solutions involving software, hardware, and network systems
  • Proven track record in value-based selling and closing strategic, high-impact deals
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives
  • Strong understanding of global systems integration methodologies and enterprise solution architectures
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal structure
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
