- Design, build, and maintain robust payment systems using React Native and modern frontend technologies
- Develop seamless, secure, and high-performing transaction flows for mobile users
- Optimize onboarding and payment experiences to reduce friction and increase user trust
- Integrate systems with multiple payment providers and blockchain networks
- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and performance across all deliverables
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy within the payments domain
- Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence and best practices
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant systems aligned with compliance and security requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile or web applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and deep experience with React Native
- Solid understanding of API design, system security, and performance optimization
- Experience with modern frontend tools and frameworks (e.g., Next.js, WebSockets, testing frameworks)
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and mobile-first design
- Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto-related applications is highly valued
- Ability to work in fast-paced, distributed teams and contribute to complex systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to collaborate across time zones
- Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS/Android) and blockchain concepts is a plus
