This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned enterprise sales professional with deep expertise in financial services and digital assets. You will drive high-impact sales initiatives targeting large institutions across wealth management, brokerage, and financial services, helping them adopt next-generation financial infrastructure. Operating at the intersection of traditional finance and emerging technologies, you will engage directly with C-level stakeholders and influence complex buying decisions. The role requires a strong combination of industry knowledge, relationship-building, and commercial execution. You will collaborate closely with product and technical teams to align solutions with market needs while shaping go-to-market strategies. - Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers across enterprise financial institutions
- Drive the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand presence within wealth management, brokerage, and financial institutions
- Lead RFP processes, proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations with high-value clients
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demand
- Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and innovation
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders and ecosystem players
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales within brokerage, trading, capital markets, or financial services
- Strong understanding of financial market structures, trading systems, and risk management practices
- Experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency and digital asset ecosystems
- Proven track record of building and expanding relationships with institutional clients
- Demonstrated success in driving new business and exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
