The role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, negotiation expertise, and strategic thinking within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate across product, finance, legal, and solutions teams to execute high-value agreements and remove deal friction. Accountabilities:
  • Own the commercial strategy for assigned enterprise accounts, focusing on renewals, expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Lead end-to-end commercial processes including pricing, packaging, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Develop structured renewal and expansion plans based on customer usage, value realization, and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor adoption trends, product usage, and whitespace opportunities to identify upsell and cross-sell potential.
  • Partner closely with Client Experience Managers to align commercial actions with customer health, risks, and value delivery.
  • Drive renewal readiness by managing timelines, ensuring contract execution, and removing commercial blockers.
  • Create business cases and deal structures that balance customer needs with internal revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, and Solutions teams to accelerate deal execution and ensure alignment.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM data to support decision-making and leadership visibility.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that improve renewal performance and overall expansion outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, commercial strategy, or revenue-focused roles.
  • Proven success in negotiating complex enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong ability to structure pricing, packaging, and commercial agreements in enterprise environments.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior executives and multi-stakeholder decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities from customer usage and data insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading executive-level discussions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including legal, finance, product, and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and managing forecasting and pipeline accuracy.
  • Understanding of SaaS, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term account planning and short-term execution.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first working model with flexibility across locations
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary and stock options
  • Medical insurance coverage for employees and dependents
  • Flexible time off, paid holidays, and paid parental leave
  • Paid volunteer days to support community engagement
  • Mental health and wellbeing support with employer-subsidized programs
  • Monthly remote work stipend to support home office setup
  • Opportunity to work with leading global enterprise brands in a fast-growing SaaS environment
  • Strong focus on learning, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration
