Job Description
Tasks
· Perform all functions of CSR and Sr. CSR.
· Deal with customers or potential customers by telephone, electronically or in person.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
· Provide information on all products offered by the Bank or refer to proper person to handle request.
· Set up new customers in system. Basic account opening.
· Assist customers with internet banking.
· Assist customers with safety deposit boxes and maintain records for boxes.
· Assist customers with IRA’s and file reports as needed.
· Assist customers with Certificates of deposit.
· Maintain customer records and files.
· Complete daily reports.
· Answer phones, filing, maintaining supplies.
· Follow all Bank policies and procedures.
· Maintain professional, business-like appearance.
· Respond to ATM service calls under dual control.
· Perform other tasks requested by supervisor related to the Bank and its function.
