  • Develop, coach, and scale a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in account management, product management, pharmacy contracting, healthcare services, or a related field.
  • Proven success in leading teams within complex, matrixed organizations and driving large-scale business transformation or change initiatives.
  • Strong background in healthcare, pharmacy benefit services, or pharmaceutical manufacturer environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and launch healthcare products, services, or programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with contract management, performance guarantees, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
